Aziridine crosslinker is a kind of aziridine crosslinker that does not contain any solvent and has a solid content of more than 99%. It is widely used in leather, textile, ink, paint, pressure sensitive adhesive, adhesive, curing agent and other fields. It has significantly improved the washed-resistant, wipeable and chemical resistance of its crosslinked film forming products and its adhesion on the substrate.
The crosslinking agent belongs to environmental protection crosslinking agent, no harmful substances such as formaldehyde are released after crosslinking, and the finished product is non-toxic and tasteless after crosslinking;
The addition amount of aziridine crosslinking agent is generally 1 ~ 3% of the solid content of the emulsion, and the emulsion PH value is 8 ~ 9, and it is better to use it in acidic media (PH<7).
Aziridine crosslinking agent mainly produces crosslinking reaction with carboxyl group in emulsion, and can also produce crosslinking reaction with amine group and hydroxyl group under strong acid catalysis. Therefore, aprotic organic base environment should be used as far as possible when adjusting PH of system.
The crosslinking agent can produce crosslinking reaction at room temperature, but the baking effect is better at 60 ~ 80℃.
The crosslinking agent belongs to the two-component crosslinking agent, and should be used within 48 hours after joining the system, otherwise it will form partial gel phenomenon;
The crosslinking agent can be miscible with water and common solvents, so it can generally be mixed directly into the system under intense agitation, or it can be dissolved in water and solvents before being added to the system.
