Lagerung

Packaging specifications are 25L plastic drums, 200L plastic drums, or user-specified packaging. This product should be stored in dry, cool, avoid light and high temperature closed conditions, be sure to avoid contact with acids and oxidants.

Anwendung

1.Primer: HD105PMA-35S can be used as primer for OPP/PET film, adhesive tape, cutting tape, fiber, paper, metal and other substrates.
2.Coating: HD105PMA-49W and HD105PMA-56W react with epoxy resin to obtain the film, at room temperature curing, weather resistance, adhesion performance is excellent.
3.Adhesive:HD105PMA-35S can be used as a PVF/ plate laminating adhesive
4.Plasticiser: HD105PMA-30S can be used as a plasticiser for PVC film to prevent migration.

Product Presentation
1.This product is an acrylic polymer containing primary amino group with polyethylenimide on the side link.
2.It is a polyacrylamide with the advantages of both polyvinylimide and acrylic polymer, with high reactivity derived from primary amino group and excellent adhesion to various substrates

4.Both water-based and solvent-based are primary amino, so they have excellent adhesion to substrates such as plastics and metals, and excellent reactivity with epoxy resins。
(1)Water-based: Because it is water soluble and has high polymer surface activity, it can emulsify and disperse epoxy resin. Deshalb, it can be used for a long time, thus reducing solvents.
(2)Solvent-based: Excellent in reactivity with epoxy resins and adhesion to various substrates, and can be used as primer and adhesive.

Method Of Application
This product is irritating and corrosive to the skin and mucous membranes, should be handled carefully and avoid direct contact with the skin and eyes, as far as possible in a ventilated environment. Pay special attention to oral and nasal inhalation, and wear special masks, gloves, and protective clothing.
